We are happy to help if your order is late but we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are missing after delivery. Our orders do not require signature on delivery, meaning it will be left at your address if safe to do so. We recommend having your order sent to a business address if you will not be home for delivery. If you would like to add signature on delivery to your order, please contact us before ordering and we can arrange this for an extra fee.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your order up to the time of dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you require this.
If for whatever reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us with your order details and let us know why. We are here to help.
Under the Queensland Office of Fair Trading regulations we are not required to provide a refund due to change of mind.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us ASAP with your order details and pictures of the incorrect or faulty item. We will gladly assist in providing a refund or replacement.
The information you provide us is only ever accessed by us and is never shared with third parties. The only exception to this is our shipping provider.
Your card details are never given to or seen by us. We use a secure payment gateway and also offer PayPal for added buyer protection and piece of mind.
We offer AfterPay on all domestic orders. This allows you to pay off your order fortnightly over the course of 8 weeks, while never having to wait to receive your item/s.
